「玫瑰人生」創作系列

身為女性藝術教育工作者,更能感受人生如花,除需不斷地學習吸取養分以充實自己讓自己更美麗外,還要累積足夠的智慧與能量,耐心等待,一旦花開時節到來,瞬間綻放出屬於自己的生命之花;正如同「玫瑰人生」電影一樣動人心弦。玫瑰花雖然不會結果但也無損它的美麗;因此人生如玫瑰,只要努力儲存養分與吸收能量,必能綻放美麗的風采。年輕時的我,總是有淡淡的哀愁,喜歡旅行更喜歡獨處;歲月悠悠,轉眼間已年過半百的我,從青澀變成熟,卻仍細細聆聽自己每個階段留下的呢喃絮語,感受每個平凡與不平凡的日子,用心灑下關懷的種子,期待花開時的旖旎。「玫瑰人生」系列的水彩作品,是以剪枝的玫瑰花象徵生命的本質,在不同的色彩中活出生命的價值,人生亦應如同花的燦爛綻放,但在繁花盛開的爭豔中也能求得片刻的寧靜。在作品創作中將花捨去背景甚至懸浮在空中,則是代表一種淡泊雅致,也顯現出生命所散發出的一種正念和正能量。


 “The Life of Roses ” Creation Series

As a female art educator, I can better feel that life is like a flower. In addition to constantly learning to absorb nutrients to enrich myself and make myself more beautiful, I must also accumulate enough wisdom and energy to wait patiently. Once the blooming season arrives, it blooms instantly. The flower of my own life is just as touching as the movie “The Life of Roses”. Although the rose will not bear fruit, it will not damage its beauty; therefore, life is like a rose. As long as I work hard to store nutrients and absorb energy, I will be able to bloom beautifully. When I was young, I always had a touch of sorrow, and I liked to travel and preferred to be alone; when the time passed, and in a blink of an eye, I became more than half a hundred years old, but I still listened carefully to the “murmurs” I left at each stage, feeling every ordinary and extraordinary day, sprinkling the seeds of care with my heart, and looking forward to the beauty when the flowers bloom. The watercolor works of “The Life of Roses” series use pruned roses to symbolize the essence of life and live the value of life in different colors. Life should be like the brilliant bloom of flowers, but it is also in the blooming of flowers that we can get a moment of tranquility. In the creation of the work, the flowers are left out of the background or even suspended in the air, which represents a kind of indifference and elegance, and also shows a kind of righteous thought and positive energy emitted by life.


「龍馬精神」創作系列

藝術主體、創作者個人經驗以及美感價值之間有著密不可分的關係,個人嘗試將這種複雜的關係,藉由不同的時空或地域移動時所出現的衝突或矛盾,加以轉化並以碎彩馬賽克的方式創作出龍馬精神系列。作品中呈現的既非傳統的龍或馬,而是有時寫實,有時寫意,有時抽象。「龍馬精神」創作系列也象徵「天行健,君子以自強不息」,正如龍的剛健代表積極與熱情,馬的包容則是代表堅持和柔順。個人從事教育工作逾三十年,深刻體會在工作上,龍馬精神也是一種為他人服務的精神,以及一種包容、謙卑的工作態度。


“The Vigorous Spirit ”Series

The identity of artwork has an inseparable relationship with the creator’s own experience and aesthetic value, and the creator tries to transform this complex relationship through conflicts or contradictions that occur when moving in different times, spaces or regions. This transformational and fragmentarily colorful way created“The Vigorous Spirit Series”. What is presented in the creation is neither a traditional dragon nor a horse, but it is sometimes realistic, sometimes freehand, and sometimes abstract.“The Vigorous Spirit Series” also symbolizes the meaning of “Daily walking steps lead to health; the gentleman strives for self-improvement”, just as the strength of the dragon represents enthusiasm, and the tolerance of the horse represents persistence and softness. I have engaged in education for nearly 30 years, and I have realized that “The Vigorous Spirit Series” is an altruistic spirit of serving others at work. Of course, it also has meanings such as tolerance and humility.


「魚躍」創作系列

出生於桃園新屋鄉糠榔村,自有記憶以來,父親就在家鄉從事埤塘魚類養殖,因此從小對魚就有一份特殊的情感。魚躍象徵自己多年來的移動生活與人生態度,一如魚跳躍出水面看到不同的世界(而非一直待在水裡的世界)而開拓自己的眼界。我從離開原本熟悉的台灣環境到美國求學,之後回到台灣工作再到陌生的澳門,這讓我有機會探索不同地方的多元文化,經由對自我和所處環境的體驗,重新為創作尋找新的定位和方向。透過藝術、自我和文化的連結,醞釀出「魚躍」系列創作理念和作品形式,讓隱而不見的藝術主體和意識型態凸顯出來。「一念一世界,萬念皆成心」,「魚躍」這個主題系列是用心念來突顯以自我為主體所創造出的意識形態與美學形式;在窺探作品意境時,會出現一種在藝術性和符碼創作間的游移,以及一種反現代水彩風格的呈現,最終則簡化為我思故我存在的哲學層次,讓藝術、文化和自我之間產生連動、反思和相互融合。「魚躍」所表現的形式和內涵彼此相互激盪,這也讓藝術主體性、藝術家自我和文化之間產生更大的對話空間。


“Temps de Poisson” Series

“Temps de Poisson” symbolizes the artist’s moving life and attitude towards life over the years, just like a fish jumping out of the water to see a different world (rather than the world of the water) to broaden her horizons. I left the familiar Taiwanese environment to study in the United States, then returned to work in Taiwan and then moved to the unfamiliar Macao. This gave me the opportunity to explore the diverse cultures of different places, and through my experience of myself and the cultural environment, I re-created my life to find new positions and directions. Through the connection of art, self and culture, the concept and work form of the “Temps de Poisson Series” are brewed, and the hidden artistic subject and ideology are highlighted. “One thought, one world, all thoughts come to mind”. “Temps de Poisson Series” highlights the ideology and aesthetics of my own entity. When probing into the artistic conception of the work, there will be a kind of shift in artistic quality. The wanderings between the creations of code and the presentation of an anti-modern watercolor style are ultimately reduced to the philosophical level of my thinking and my existence, allowing art, culture, and myself to interact, reflect, and merge with each other. The forms and connotations of “Temps de Poisson” are mutually agitated, which also allows a greater space for dialogue between the subjectivity of art, the artist’s self, and the culture.


「3537」創作系列

1、山無山趣

2020年7月21日正值疫情期間,我從台灣返回澳門工作,入住澳門喜來登35樓37號房進行14天的醫學觀察隔離。一人一間的隔離,剛開始有種莫名的恐懼與焦慮,但這也是放空自己並與自己單獨對話的最好時機。透過3537號房的落地窗望向遠方路環疊石塘山時,一開始看山是山,一種直觀的反應,心裡卻也開始思念遠在故鄉的山;而隨雲霧不斷的變化,看山已不是山,這時體悟到萬事萬物總會改變,只因短暫的因緣合和才顯現出所看到的景象。當內心體悟到一切無常時,罣礙頓時放下,生命本質的花朵也因而顯現,因此創作出了「3537-山無山趣」系列作品。當下提起畫筆揮灑,透過繪畫療癒了自己並獲得了內心的寧靜,同時也撫平了對未知的憂慮與恐懼。身體行動雖因隔離而受限,但透過藝術的創作卻能享受內心的自由與生命花朵的綻放,同時也獲得許多的人生感悟。人生應好好珍惜當下,而隨心、隨意的透過紙筆彩跡,孤獨感也隨之消散。

2、生命之花創作系列

宇宙是一個充滿能量的有機體,其中有各式各樣的生命存在。生存在宇宙中的生命間彼此是否有所連結或共通性?生命的本質與存在的意義又是什麼?在3537號房隔離期間,體會到如果不能改變事實或環境時,應該隨遇而安。所謂相隨心轉,心境只要一改變,就能獲得內心的自由並體悟到生命的本質,享受那種花朵綻放的喜悅,因此個人創作出「3537」-「生命之花」系列作品。作品中不同花朵代表不同的生命體。生命之花,飄在雲中,雖然離開了地面或水面,生命即將消逝,但若能把握這短暫的時光勇敢綻放,剎那成為永恆。

“3537” – Flowers of Life Series

The universe is an energetic organism, which is full of various kinds of life. Is there any connection or commonality among the various beings living in the universe? What is the essence of life and the meaning of existence? During the epidemic, after returning to Macao, I had to be quarantined in a hotel for 14 days, confined to a small room. At first, anxiety, fear, and uneasiness rushed to my heart, probably because I had never been quarantined before. When I realized that such a fact could not be changed, and I was not able to go back to school for the time being, it suddenly dawned up me that I had to take it easy in the given situation! At this time, there was a quick relief, and my heart became softer and calmer. As soon as the mind changed, I was able to gain inner freedom and realize the essence of life, and enjoy the joy of a blossoming flower. So, I created the 3537- “Flowers of Life Series”. The various flowers in the work represent different living entities: flowers of life, and flowers floating in the clouds. Even though they have been uplifted from the ground or water, and their life may soon disappear, their transient beauty can become eternal, if and only if these short and brave blooms can be fully comprehended.
